MALE, Oct 30 (HNS) – When Kaafu atoll Farukolhufushi island was put for tender a second time the highest rent from a bidder has fallen down US$ 20 million when compared to the first time the resort island was put for tender.

The highest rent is US$ 11 million.

Unlike when the resort was put for tender for the first time this time the bidders had to pay a bid security of US$ 100,000.
