MALE, Jan 10 (HNS) - A diving dhoni has wrecked onto the eastside reef of Hulhumale Tuesday afternoon and has got damaged hugely.

The passengers did not receive injuries except for a Japanese man whose little finger was broken.

An eyewitness of the incident said that when the dhoni wrecked the Japanese man walked down the reef and climbed onto Hulhumale.

The Japanese man went to Hulhumale hospital on his own to get treatment for his broken finger.

“Even we are trying to get more information on this matter. Most area of the dhoni has come onto the reef. The people did not get injured much. One of our teams has gone to the scene. Additional information will be available when the team returns,” Hulhumale police station said.
