MALE, Oct 24 (HNS) – Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation has held the pre-bid meeting of Kaafu Atoll Farukolhufushi island for the second time.

The meeting held on Sunday in Nasandhura Palace Hotel was attended by about 10 people. The meeting was held to give information to interested bidders about the 304 bed Farukolhufushi resort island.

When the resort was put for tender of a five year lease none of the bidders qualified to win the bid. Therefore the resort was put for tender a second time and bid documents are being sold since 16 October.
